TeesTutors Fees for Maths Lessons
GCSE, Key Stages 3 & 2 plus Adult Students – £35 / 50-minute session
Online Tuition – as good as or better than face-to-face
I provide highly effective online tuition using the latest interactive technology from my home office in Stockton. In March 2020 all of my one-to-one teaching went online. Since then I have taught several thousand hours of online Maths lessons. I have delivered lessons to students on the Government’s National Tutoring Programme, as Lead Specialist Intervention Teacher through a local education aithority and with my own private students. In all scenarios the advantages of online teaching and learning have been many. It is now my preferred approach and I will continue to offer online lessons only to all students.
Payment
In most circumstances I ask that lessons be paid for a month or a half-term in advance by BACS, direct debit or paypal.
Tuition throughout The School Year
I am happy to provide tuition during the entire school year so that lessons coincide with school term dates. The school year lasts for 39 weeks in total, from September until July, and is made up of six half-term periods.
GCSE revision sessions
When GCSE season comes around I can also offer additional sessions to help with revision and exam preparation. Additional tuition for this is by arrangement.
Cancellations
Students are requested to give 48 hours notice of cancellation and to seek to rearrange. If a student cancels with less than the required notice then the fee may be forfeited, unless I allow for exceptional circumstances. If I am obliged to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be rearranged for a time that is mutually convenient.
Termination of Lessons
Lessons will continue until a mutually agreed termination date. Both parties have the right to terminate lessons.
